Care & Maintenance

• Wipe down the touchscreen console, handlebars, contact pulse plates, and XXL saddle after each workout using a soft,electronics-safe cloth to remove sweat and oils.
• Vacuum around the base frame and drive housing weekly to prevent dust,pet hair, and floor lint from entering internal drive components.
• Inspect pedal threads, crank arm fixings, and frame assembly bolts monthly to ensure all connections remain securely torqued.
• Adjust the base leveling feet periodically to keep the chassis completely balanced and prevent rocking during heavy cadence sessions.
  

Safety & Usage Tips

• Use the low step-through opening to step into the center of the frame safely before seating yourself, especially during post-injury recovery.
• Secure the automatic pedal straps comfortably over athletic footwear to prevent slipping during rapid pedal cycles.
• Adjust the XXL saddle height so your knee maintains a slight 25 to 35 degree bend at the lowest point of rotation to protect the knees and hips.
• Allow the 14 kg magnetic flywheel mechanism to come to a complete stop before unstrapping your feet and stepping off the bike.

Light Commercial / Collective Use (LCU): 1 year full warranty for non-dues paying facilities (>20 hrs/week, e.g., hotels, personal training studios, corporate gyms). Public Gym / Commercial Use: 6 months full warranty. Domestic / Home Use: 2 years full parts and labour warranty. Structural Frame: Limited 10-year frame warranty.
