How It Works

1. Find the same product at a lower price on another UK retailer's website.
2. Contact us at info@novarastudio.co.uk with a link to the competitor's listing.
3. Our team will verify the price and confirm the match within 1 business day.
4. Place your order with us at the matched price and enjoy the Novara Studio experience.

Terms & Conditions

Our Price Match Guarantee applies under the following conditions:

• The product must be identical — same brand, model, size, and colour.
• The competitor must be an authorised UK retailer with the item in stock and available for immediate purchase.
• The lower price must be the total price, inclusive of VAT but excluding delivery charges.
• Price match requests must be made before placing your order. We are unable to apply price matches retrospectively.
• The guarantee does not apply to clearance, liquidation, auction sites (e.g. eBay), or marketplace sellers (e.g. Amazon third-party sellers).
• We reserve the right to decline a price match request at our discretion.
