Thank you for shopping with Novara Studio. Below you'll find everything you need to know about how we ship your orders.

1. Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding UK public holidays). Orders placed after 12:00 PM GMT may be processed the following business day. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been dispatched.

2. Shipping Destinations

We currently ship to addresses within the United Kingdom. If you are located outside the UK and wish to place an order, please contact us at info@novarastudio.co.uk to discuss options.

3. Shipping Methods & Estimated Delivery Times

We offer the following shipping options at checkout:

  • Standard Delivery: 3–5 business days
  • Express Delivery: 1–2 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary during peak periods or due to circumstances beyond our control (e.g. adverse weather, courier delays).

Please note: Large or heavy items (such as reformer equipment) may require additional handling time and could take longer to deliver than standard estimated timeframes. You will be notified of any extended delivery windows at the time of dispatch.

4. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and chosen shipping method. We may offer free standard delivery on orders over a certain value — any applicable promotions will be displayed at checkout.

5. Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with a tracking number. You can use this to monitor your delivery via the courier's website.

6. Failed Deliveries & Returned Parcels

If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful and the parcel is returned to us, we will contact you to arrange re-delivery. Additional shipping charges may apply. Novara Studio is not responsible for parcels lost due to incorrect address information provided at checkout.

7. Damaged or Missing Items

If your order arrives damaged or items are missing, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at info@novarastudio.co.uk with your order number and photos of the damage. We will resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
