Welcome to Novara Studio. We are dedicated to delivering your premium fitness equipment safely and efficiently. Please read our delivery guidelines carefully to ensure a smooth delivery process.
1. Shipping Costs & Coverage

UK Mainland: We offer Free Standard Shipping on all orders across England, Scotland, and Wales.

International Deliveries: Currently, we do not support international shipping through our standard checkout. We only deliver within England, Scotland, and Wales.
2. Dispatch vs. Delivery Timelines

Dispatch Date: This is when your order officially leaves the warehouse. Orders are processed and dispatched only on business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays). Orders placed over the weekend or holidays will be processed the next business day.

Delivery Date: This is the estimated date when the courier delivers the order to your address.

Overall Timeline: Once dispatched, standard deliveries typically arrive within 2 to 4 business days. Please allow a total window of 3–5 working days from placing your order for it to arrive. You will receive an email notification with tracking details as soon as your order is dispatched.
3. Large & Heavy Item Delivery (Pallet Service)

Because our products include high-ticket, commercial-grade gym gear and pilates reformers, they are transported via a dedicated pallet service to ensure maximum safety.

Curbside Delivery: Pallet deliveries are strictly curbside only. The courier will unload the pallet at the nearest accessible curb outside your property. Due to the weight of these items, we strongly advise having at least two capable people present to move the equipment indoors.
4. Delivery to Restricted or Narrow Roads (Important)

If your delivery address is located on a narrow road, a dead end, or has restricted truck access, please inform our customer service team in advance.

Large delivery trucks may face difficulties reaching your door. In such cases, we may need to coordinate a smaller vehicle or arrange an alternative nearby location where the truck can safely unload your items.

Note: Additional handling charges may apply if special vehicle arrangements are required due to undisclosed narrow access. We will inform you of any extra costs before proceeding.
