We fully stand by every product that we sell. We understand that sometimes you might change your mind or realise the product you ordered wasn't quite right. That's why we've made our returns process as simple as possible.

How to Return an Item

1. Contact us within 30 days of receiving your order at info@novarastudio.co.uk with your order number and reason for return.
2. We'll confirm your return request within 1–2 business days and provide return instructions.
3. Pack your item securely in its original packaging and send it back to us.
4. Receive your refund within 5–10 business days of us receiving and inspecting the item.

What Can Be Returned?

• ✅ Items in original, unused condition with original packaging
• ✅ Items returned within 30 days of delivery
• ❌ Items that have been used, assembled, or damaged after delivery
• ❌ Items marked as final sale or non-returnable

Damaged or Faulty Items

If your item arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and your order number. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no extra cost to you.

Return Shipping

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a fault or error on our part. We recommend using a tracked service as we cannot be held responsible for items lost in transit.
