Care & Maintenance

• Wipe down the XXL saddle, handlebars, pulse grip plates, and console face after every workout with a soft microfiber cloth to prevent salt and perspiration accumulation.
• Vacuum around the base frame and drive housing weekly to prevent carpet fibers, pet hair, and dust from entering the magnetic drive casing.
• Check and tighten pedal threads, crank connections, and base assembly bolts monthly to ensure silent, rigid operation.
• Adjust the base stabilizer feet periodically to keep the chassis level and eliminate rocking during rapid pedaling.
  

Safety & Usage Tips

• Use the low step-through opening to step directly into the center of the frame before taking your seat, avoiding lifting your leg over a high central shroud.
• Adjust the saddle height so your knee retains a comfortable 25 to 35 degree bend at the bottom of the stroke to avoid hyperextension during rehab routines.
• Utilize the Steady Watts Rate program when undergoing structured physical therapy to maintain a constant prescribed workload regardless of cadence.
• Allow the electromagnetic drive to bring the flywheel to a complete stop before releasing your feet from the pedals and stepping off the frame.

Domestic / Home Use: 2 years full parts and labour warranty. Structural Frame: Limited 10-year frame warranty. Light Commercial / Collective Use (LCU): 1 year warranty for non-dues paying facilities.
