• Tighten all saddle and handlebar locking levers securely before starting high-resistance or out-of-the-saddle sprint efforts.
• Ensure cycling cleats clip firmly into place or tighten toe straps snugly around athletic shoes before beginning intervals.
• Set the triathlon aerobar pads and saddle height to maintain a comfortable hip angle that avoids unnecessary lower-back strain.
• Allow the flywheel and magnetic drive to slow to a controlled stop before stepping off the pedals.

Domestic / Home Use: 3 years full parts and labour warranty. Structural Frame: Limited 10-year frame warranty. Light Commercial / Collective Use (LCU): 1 year warranty for non-dues paying facilities.
