• Wipe down the console face, wireless charging dock, side handrails, and foot rails daily using a non-abrasive, alcohol-free disinfectant wipe.

• Always attach the magnetic safety lanyard to your clothing before starting the running belt to enable instant automatic stops.

• Use the instant speed and incline keys to change intervals progressively rather than making abrupt adjustments at full sprint.
• Maintain an upright running posture and utilize the 6-elastomer shock-absorbing zone in the center of the belt to minimize joint fatigue.
• Grip the integrated pulse sensors while walking to verify heart rate readings; avoid holding onto sensors at maximum running speeds.
• Ensure the rear transport wheels are fully locked and base levelers adjusted firmly to eliminate any frame wobble on commercial rubber matting.
