Returns & Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping with Novara Studio. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not entirely happy, we're here to help.
Returns
You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
- Unused and in the same condition that you received it
- In the original packaging
- Accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Items marked as final sale
- Downloadable or digital products
- Gift cards
- Items that have been used, damaged, or altered after delivery
Refunds
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment within 5–10 business days.
Exchanges
If you received a defective or damaged item, please contact us immediately at info@novarastudio.co.uk and we will arrange an exchange or replacement.
Return Shipping
You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item unless the return is due to our error or a defective product. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
